Was at a new apartment complex in Tempe and every single unit had the fiber box mounted right next to the front door, like 6 inches off the floor.

That's a weird spot for it. Had a tenant with the same setup, they just got a long cable and ran it along the baseboard to the living room.

My last apartment had the exact same weird outlet placement.
