PSA: I swapped from a standard 6-foot ladder to a 17-foot Little Giant for attic runs and it cut my time in half.

Just a heads up, that's a step ladder, not an attic ladder like the fold-down kind.

Okay so you mentioned the fold-down kind. Is there a big difference in how you actually install them? Like, does a fold-down attic ladder need way more framing work in the ceiling compared to just setting up a step ladder underneath?
