Old folks home attic was a nightmare today, barely fit through the hatch

Did a job this morning at the Sunset Ridge assisted living place on 12th street, and their attic access was this tiny 18 inch square cutout with a pull down ladder that wobbled like crazy. Had to crab crawl through the blown insulation to get to the drop point, and the trusses were spaced weird, so I had to snake the coax sideways instead of straight. Took me almost 3 hours when the estimate said 90 minutes, and the nurse kept asking if I was okay because she heard me banging my head on a joist. Anyone else get stuck dealing with building retrofits where the original work was clearly done by whoever had the cheapest bid? What's your biggest attic nightmare story?
