Spent 8 hours on a simple drawer front alignment

I was building a kitchen set for a client in Portland and thought I could get all 12 drawer fronts aligned in under 2 hours. Took me the whole afternoon because the slides had just enough slop to shift everything sideways. Ended up shimming each one individually and checking with a straightedge. Has anyone else found a faster way to deal with loose undermount slides?

88 drawer fronts in 2 hours? @harris.aaron hit the nail on the head, that's wishful thinking for sure. I had a similar nightmare with some Blum slides last month, ended up making like 15 little shims out of cardboard cause I was too stubborn to take them all off. Took me forever too.
