Serious question about using a track saw for face frames
I was totally against using my track saw for face frames, thinking a miter saw was the only way to get perfect miters. Then I watched a guy at a shop in Austin demo how he sets stops and makes repeat cuts with his track saw, and now I'm wondering if I should switch - anyone here use a track saw for face frames instead of a miter saw?

Man its one of those things where once you see it done right it kinda clicks. The track saw is just so much more portable and you dont have to fight with a big miter saw on a stand. I still use my chop saw for certain stuff but for long rails the track saw is just way more accurate for me. Maybe its just me but I feel like theres less tearout too since the blade is riding right on the cut.
