My router table fence cost me a whole Saturday

I bought a generic aluminum fence from a tool sale in Knoxville, thought I saved $150 over a brand name. Spent 6 hours trying to get it square and stable, ended up having to scrap the whole setup and order a JessEm. Anyone have a good budget fence that actually holds zero?
