Lost 3 days on a bad Blum hinge batch, check your boxes

Ordered 200 of those clip-top hinges for a kitchen remodel and half of them had inconsistent tension, doors kept sagging after a week. Had to tear everything apart and swap them out, cost me about $600 in wasted labor and parts. Anyone else get a bad batch from a supplier recently that slipped through QC?
