Vent: A lady tried to tell me how to cut a brisket last Tuesday
This older woman comes up to my station in the shop and insists I'm holding my knife wrong for the flat cut. Proceeded to grab my wrist and try to guide my hand while I'm holding a 10-inch scimitar. Pretty sure I haven't laughed that hard since my first deer season.

Okay @jamiekim that part had me DEEP breathing for a solid minute. I cannot BELIEVE someone would grab a stranger's wrist while they're holding a knife that big. Honestly the AUDACITY of some people knows NO bounds, I would have just walked away and let her figure out her own brisket.
