Rant: That new bandsaw blade snapped on my third cut this morning
Tried a bimetal blade from a different supplier after using the same brand for 7 years, and it exploded during a quartering job on a steer, has anyone else had luck switching blade types?

That "exploded during a quartering" line hit home. Buddy of mine tried a different bimetal brand last fall and said it sounded like a gunshot when it let go, blade fragments flew everywhere.
