Update: my bookkeeper in Dallas pushed back on my software stack and now I'm second-guessing
She said my monthly close is taking 11 days because I run invoices through one app and expenses through another, and she asked why I don't just use one tool that does both. I'd been paying $60/mo for the extra app out of habit, not need. Anyone run into a service provider who pushed them to cut tools instead of add them?
