My lawn care guy cut his rate by $40 a month and I finally asked why
I hire a small lawn service here in Tucson and back in March he dropped his price from $180 to $140 a month without me saying a word. I figured he was hurting for work, but when I asked, he said he switched his invoicing and scheduling to a $30 a month app that texts customers automatically, so he stopped losing half his day to phone tag. He picked up 14 new yards in two months just from that free time, which is why he could lower his rate and still come out ahead. Now I'm wondering if the same kind of cheap tool could free up time in my own side business. What service changed how you run your day to day stuff?
