Update: count of 214 inventory bins finally matches the spreadsheet at our Charlotte warehouse
Walked through with a clipboard for 3 hours on Tuesday and found the five missing items were all sitting in the wrong aisle, so my question is, does anyone else do a full physical count quarterly or just spot checks?
