Tried Trello for project tracking and went back to a whiteboard within a week
I manage orders for a small print shop in Portland and Trello felt like overkill for our team of four. The whiteboard with sticky notes lets everyone see the whole workflow at a glance without clicking through tabs. Has anyone else found simpler tools work better for small operations?

Totally agree. Tried Trello for our weekly team tasks and just felt like I was managing the board instead of actually getting work done. A simple list on paper worked way better for us.

felt like I was managing the board instead of actually getting work done" - that's the same reason I stopped using a fancy to-do app and went back to a legal pad on my desk. We've got apps for everything now but sometimes the simplest way is just the one that doesn't get in your way.
