The way my team files invoices is driving me up a wall
I work at a small manufacturing place in Akron, and every single week someone puts an invoice in the wrong folder on our shared drive. Last Tuesday, I spent 45 minutes hunting for a $2,300 payment from a vendor because it was labeled "receipt" instead of "invoice." How hard is it to pick the right drop-down menu? Has your crew ever had a filing system that just falls apart?

Spent half my Friday last month trying to find a PO number that my coworker saved as "stuff from Bob" in a folder called "misc". We finally found it buried in a subfolder named "maybe important". I swear our shared drive looks like a digital junk drawer after a tornado hit it.

Read somewhere that poor file naming costs companies like hours a week in wasted time searching. Feels like we're all just living that reality every day.
