Switched to a shared ERP system with 4 other companies last month
We moved onto a shared ERP with 3 other small manufacturers in our building to cut costs. Now every time someone updates inventory, it locks us out for 20 minutes. Anyone else dealt with shared system bottlenecks and found a workaround?

oh man but think about it this way - those 20 minute lockouts are probably saving you from way more expensive mistakes where two companies accidentally sell the same batch of raw materials. shared systems are annoying but they force discipline.
