Switched from paper invoices to QuickBooks and saved 8 hours a week

I ran a small landscaping business for 3 years using handwritten invoices and a ledger book. Last month I finally moved everything to QuickBooks. The first week was rough learning the software, but now I don't spend Sunday nights sorting receipts and double checking totals. My accountant even said my records are cleaner than ever. Has anyone else made a similar switch and found it worth the hassle?

Honestly, eight hours a week? That's insane, I didn't realize paper invoices could eat up that much time. I figured it'd save a couple hours, but a whole work day is a massive difference.
