Started using a simple checklist for my crew's morning load-out...
I tried a new system last month where each guy checks off his own truck supplies before leaving the shop, and we cut our mid-day re-supply runs by about 60%. Has anyone else tried a basic checklist to stop those wasteful back-and-forth trips?
