Overheard my warehouse lead say we waste 40 minutes a day on tape gun jams

I was grabbing a box of gloves and heard him complain to the shift manager. Did the math later and that's over 160 hours a year across our team just fighting with bad tape dispensers. Picked up one of those speed loaders from Uline for $12 and it cut our rethread time by a solid 90 percent. Anybody else find a tiny tool that saved way more time than you'd expect?

Honestly man I used to just deal with tape gun jams and figure that was the cost of doing business lol. I thought spending money on a better loader was just being bougie or whatever. But after reading this and doing the math on my own time it totally flipped my thinking. 160 hours is insane for something so basic, makes me wonder what other little things I've been ignoring that are eating up my day. Might grab one of those speed loaders myself now, pretty sure my guys are wasting way more than I realized.
