Our delivery truck broke down right before a big client order in Austin.
I was at our warehouse last Thursday when our main truck just stopped. We had 500 units to get across town by noon. I called a local rental place, got a van in 30 minutes, and our team loaded it fast. We made the drop with 10 minutes to spare. What's your backup plan for a key vehicle going out?

Nice save, but that sounds like a heart attack waiting to happen. My backup plan is a lot of swearing and a frantic call to the first towing company that picks up. After that, it's just hoping the client has a sense of humor about their late delivery.
