Just realized I flushed $800 down the drain on that fancy project management software
Paid for Asana Premium for a whole year thinking it would magically fix our team's chaos. Turns out nobody used it past month two and we're back to sticky notes and Google Sheets. Anyone else find a tool that actually sticks?

Buddy of mine dropped cash on Trello and his team still uses a whiteboard.

Wait, isn't Trello free for small teams though...? That's rough if he actually paid for it and they still went back to the whiteboard.
