Just read a stat saying 68% of small businesses still don't have a documented cash flow plan
I stumbled on that number in a QuickBooks report from last quarter and it honestly blew my mind because we spend so much time chasing sales but ignore the one metric that actually keeps the lights on - has anyone here built a simple cash flow spreadsheet that saved them from a slow month?

Huh, I'd argue most businesses have some kind of cash flow plan, even if it's just in their head.

Honestly I used to think cash flow was just something accountants worried about, @logan_dixon18. But hearing it put that way actually makes a lot of sense. Most small business owners are probably doing it without even realizing it.
