Heard my warehouse guy say 'half orders go faster' and it clicked

He was packing 50 piece orders in 10 minutes by only grabbing half the list at a time, cutting walk time in half. Has anyone else noticed a dumb simple change like that totally shift how you handle fulfillment?

Used to think grabbing the full list was faster but this actually makes sense.
