Debate: Did spending $3k on a CRM actually help anyone here or did it just add more busywork?
I dropped $3,000 on HubSpot last year thinking it would streamline everything, and now I'm wondering if the time spent entering data every day is eating into my actual work more than the old sticky notes ever did, so has anyone else found a real payoff or is this just a pricey habit?

From my experience, that's a pretty common trap people fall into. They get sold on a "life-changing" tool and it ends up just being a digital checkbox. @lisa_ross16 I've seen the same thing happen with fancy planners that cost a fortune but you still end up using a scrap of paper. The real secret is just finding one simple system and actually sticking with it.
