Showerthought: My bullet journal habit tracker took two hours to fix
I decided to add a new mood tracker to my weekly spread last Sunday. I measured the boxes wrong and the whole column was off by a quarter inch. I spent an hour trying to fix it with white-out and a ruler, but it just looked messy. So I had to carefully tear out the page and redo the whole spread, which took another hour. Has anyone else had a simple layout mistake eat up a whole evening?

Ugh, that quarter inch would drive me nuts too. I once smudged a whole week's habit tracker with a leaky highlighter and had to start over. Felix98 has a point about the creative flow, but man, sometimes you just want it to look right without the extra work.

Honestly that sounds like the whole point of a bullet journal to me. The mess-ups and fixes are part of the process, it's supposed to be imperfect. Spending two hours on it is just you getting into a creative flow, not wasted time. My best spreads always come from having to redo a page because I try something new. Tbh if everything was perfect the first time it would get boring.
