Shoutout to the 27 cent sticker I was too cool for

For like 2 months I laughed at all the washi tape and sticker decorations people put in their journals. Thought it was for kids or people who had time to waste. Then my truck got stranded near Flagstaff for 9 hours and I had nothing to do. Bought a $0.27 star sticker pack from a gas station out of pure boredom. Put one next to the day I finally got home. Now every page gets a sticker for good days and somehow it makes the bad days feel less heavy. Who else caved on decorative stuff after swearing it off?

Man, I was the same way until my kid covered my toolbox in them. Now I get it.
