Remember when we all thought we needed a million trackers?
About a year back, I saw a fancy spread online with a dozen tiny habit trackers. I thought, 'That's the key to being a real bullet journal person,' so I crammed them all onto one page. It had water, steps, reading, you name it. After two weeks, I just stopped filling it in. It felt like a chore, not a help. The funny thing is, the only tracker I kept up with was the simple one I made for my pressure washing jobs, just a box for 'yes' or 'no' on cleaning the filter. It showed me that a tracker only works if it's for something you actually care about keeping an eye on. Now my whole journal is way simpler. Has anyone else ditched the complicated trackers and found one simple thing that actually sticks?

Trackers work best when they answer a real question.

Yeah, that reminds me of my old fitness band.
