My sister saw my weekly spread and asked why I track so much

She pointed at my habit tracker and said 'you're logging 15 things every day, that's a job not a tool'. It made me realize I was just copying layouts from Instagram without thinking. I cut it down to 5 core things and my journal feels useful again. Anyone else ever scale back their tracking and find it worked better?

Absolutely, that rings so true. My own planner was a cluttered mess until I asked what I actually needed to see each morning. Keeping it simple turned it from a chore back into a helpful guide.
