My habit tracker fell apart after 3 weeks so I'm trying a single-page setup this time

I tracked 8 things daily since February but by week 3 I only filled in sleep and water, so does anyone use just one or two columns and find it sticks better?

Totally feel your pain on this one. I kept trying to track five or six habits and would always drop down to just two within a couple weeks. Dropping down to just a water and a sleep column finally made it stick for me.

Yeah @logan263, "dropping down to just two" is basically the secret sauce nobody wants to admit. I think we all trick ourselves into believing we can be superhuman with a dozen habits but the reality is our brains just tap out after a few weeks.
