My entire weekly spread got ruined by a spilled iced coffee

It happened yesterday morning when I knocked over my drink, and the pages are a wrinkled, stained mess. I just grabbed a new notebook and quickly redid the absolute essentials, like my parent-teacher conference schedule, in pencil. Has anyone salvaged a journal after a major liquid spill?
