I thought daily spreads were a waste until the week I tracked a 60 hour work stretch
I used to skip daily logs and just run weeklies, thought all those little checklists were overkill. Then two weeks ago my job hit crunch, and I decided on a Monday morning to bullet out each day hour by hour in my Leuchtturm. By Wednesday I could see I had stacked four meetings on top of each other and moved two of them, and by Friday I had actually finished everything with time to spare. Turns out seeing my day in little dots and dashes kept me from lying to myself about how much I could fit. If you used to hate dailies like I did, what made you come back around to them?
