Took me 11 months to fix my grocery budget spreadsheet mess

I kept skipping the same broken formula in my monthly food tracking because I hated staring at it, but last week I finally sat down and rebuilt the whole thing from scratch in 2 hours. The worst part was finding 4 duplicate categories that were hiding about $80 a month of snack purchases. Has anyone else put off fixing a budgeting tool way longer than the actual fix took?
