The $82 grocery run that fell apart when my card got declined
At the checkout in Portland last Saturday, my debit card got flagged for fraud right as the total hit $82, and I had to put back half my cart while the guy behind me sighed, so has anyone else had a budgeting win turn into a budgeting disaster because of a banking glitch?
