Just spotted a weird thing with my auto-pay bills messing up my budget
I have everything set to auto-pay to stay on track, but some services charge a day early without warning. It throws off my whole monthly plan when payments hit at odd times. Double-check your payment dates to avoid surprises.

My buddy Mark got hit with an overdraft fee last month because his gym membership pulled payment two days early. He had budgeted for it to come out on the 1st, but it went through on the 30th instead. His rent check was pending, so his account dipped too low. He called the gym, but they said it was in the fine print about variable processing times.
