Finally saw the light on meal prepping after 3 years of ignoring it

I used to think meal prepping was just for fitness bros eating plain chicken and rice, but my coworker Sarah showed me her Sunday setup last month and it blew my mind. She spends 2 hours making 5 different lunches and saves about $60 a week compared to my daily deli runs. What finally convinced you to try a budgeting trick you thought was overrated?

Tracked every dollar for a month and realized I was spending $400 on takeout coffee alone.

dude I just read this article about how people spend like $50 a week on coffee without realizing it and I honestly had no idea it added up that fast. $400 is wild though, that's like a whole car payment or something.
