That moment I realized I'd been using the wrong sensitivity for 80 hours of FPS gaming

I was stuck in silver for like 6 months in Valorant and couldn't figure out why my aim felt jerky. Then I watched a vod review where a coach said most pros play between 200-400 edpi and I had mine set to 1200. Dropped it to 350 and I could actually track people without over flicking. Has anyone else had that embarrassing moment where you realized you were just making the game harder on yourself?

Read somewhere that even pro players mess up their settings for hundreds of hours sometimes.
