Hot take: a 12 year old showed me why my rants are actually useful
My nephew Ben was over at my place in Tulsa last weekend and saw me posting about a game crash on level 9 of this platformer I play. He said, "Why do you write all that? Nobody reads it." I almost agreed, but then I realized that because I posted the exact steps and the error code, two other players tried the same fix and it worked for one of them. It felt like a small win, but honestly it made me want to keep venting here with details instead of just yelling into the void. Does anyone else have a story where a dumb bug report actually helped someone fix their game?
