Unpopular opinion: the trowel work on that new library in Boise is sloppy and nobody wants to say it
Walked past the job site on my lunch break and counted 6 head joints on the south wall that are wider than a nickel, which is just lazy. I get that everyone is rushing to hit deadlines but a raked joint hides nothing once the sun hits it at an angle. Has anyone else seen work like this get passed by an inspector who clearly just didn't look?
