Took a look at the new apartment complex going up on 5th Street - their brickwork is a disaster
Was walking my dog past that new build on 5th Street last Friday. Counted 12 bricks in one section with chipped corners and mortar that's already cracking. Three different color batches too. Looks like they used whatever was laying around. How do these guys pass inspection? Anyone else see shoddy work like this in new construction around town?

Three different batches on the same wall? That's just lazy contractor work right there. Bet the guy who mixed them was already halfway out the door when they noticed.
