Last Tuesday was the best day I have had on the job in years

I was working on a garden wall in Oak Park, and every brick just landed perfect with no gaps or lippage. The mortar set up at exactly the right pace, and I finished the whole thing four hours early. Has anyone else had a day where it felt like the bricks were working with you instead of against you?

The bricks don't work with you, you just got lucky with materials that day.

Idk, they definitely work different for different people though.
