Left my dough to rise overnight and it overflowed the bowl.

Cleaning up was a mess, but the bread still tasted great.

Consider how much of a disaster this really is. You scrape some dough off the counter, wipe it up with a wet cloth. It's not like you spilled a whole gallon of paint or broke a favorite dish. A little floury water cleanup and you still got awesome bread, so where's the actual problem?

Totally, like when it sticks to the bowl but you still get decent rolls. Feels like a win after cleanup.
