Picked the pothos over the philodendron at the nursery in Oak Park, and my bathroom shelf is finally full
Stood in the aisle at a nursery in Oak Park for 20 minutes last Saturday holding a golden pothos in one hand and a heartleaf philodendron in the other. My bathroom only gets about two hours of weak morning light, so I went with the pothos since everyone says it forgives neglect. Three weeks in and it has already pushed out two new leaves, including one that unrolled right toward the shower. The philodendron would probably have been fine too, but I like that the pothos lets me forget to water it for a week without drama. What do you all grow in low light spots that actually keeps putting out new growth?
