My uncle in Tucson said my 3 year old monstera was "just surviving" and honestly he was right
He asked when I last repotted it and I couldn't remember, because I'd been scared of shocking it. Now I want to know how often you all actually size up your pots instead of just topping off soil.

Root bound is better than rot, but every 3 years max for big ones.
