My Monstera Lost 3 Leaves After I Moved It - Was It the Light or the Stress?

I repotted my monstera two weeks ago and moved it to a brighter window, and now three leaves have yellowed and dropped. Is this just transplant shock, or did I cook the roots with too much direct sun? I'm leaning toward light burn since the damage showed up fast, but my neighbor says I probably overwatered after the move. Anyone else killed a plant by trying to improve its spot?

Both probably. Light change shocks em just as much as repotting.

Wait, are we sure it's not just normal leaf shedding? lol. I mean, monsteras are dramatic but they don't usually drop three leaves in two weeks from "light burn" unless you literally put it in the desert sun. @christopher_hunt kinda hit it, but honestly, you could've just bumped a root during repotting and the yellowing took a minute to show up. People love to overthink this stuff - it's a plant, not a PhD project. Unless the window was blasting direct afternoon sun, I'd blame the move and repot, not the brightness.
