Rant: our little book club went from 4 people to 11 in six weeks

I started posting one discussion question on a Sunday group chat instead of waiting for our monthly meetup, and six weeks later we had seven new folks showing up at the library in Dayton. Now I need to figure out how to keep the talks from turning into chaos with a bigger crew, so how do you all split time so quiet members still get a word in?
