Passed my UA 6G pipe test on the third try last Thursday
I had failed the 6G test twice before, both times on the root pass with 6010. Last Thursday at the hall in Tulsa I finally got it, 2 inch schedule 80, capped it out clean with no repairs. My hands were shaking so bad when the inspector came over I could barely hand him the coupon. He put it under the bend test and both straps came back smooth, no cracks, no tears. Been chasing that cert for 7 months of practice nights after work. Anyone else here struggle with 6010 roots more than 7018, or is it just me?
