Am I the only one who finally tried a chipping hammer with a rubber grip?

After 8 years of using the same bare metal handle I stole from my dad, my elbow was screaming... so I grabbed a $15 one from the supply house and my arm actually stopped hurting by lunch. Has anyone else swapped their old hammer out and noticed a real difference?

Honestly I got used to it after like two weeks. Now when it stops vibrating I actually get a little worried something's wrong.
