Crossed 100 logged plays on my BGG profile and it felt like a gut check

I always thought I was a casual gamer, but hitting triple digits made me realize how deep I'm in. It's not just the number, it's seeing I've played Gloomhaven 27 times since January. When did a hobby become a second job? Anyone else get a reality check from their own stats?

Tell me about it. I hit that mark last year and my own stats shocked me. I had logged over forty plays of Spirit Island in one summer, which is kind of wild to see written down. It really does feel like a part-time job sometimes, especially when you're the one who has to teach the rules every single time.

Oh man, I gotta push back on that a little. Forty plays of Spirit Island sounds like a blast to me, not a job. I'd take that over half the stuff I do for work any day.
