Back in the day, my uncle would bring over a new board game every visit.
We'd all gather around the table to learn it together. Now, with him gone, we still play his favorites but it's not the same.

Losing that central person can really change the feel of game night. Are there certain games that make you miss him more, like one he always won or had a goofy house rule for? How do you deal with that empty seat at the table now? Do you try to keep his memory going by doing something special when you play?
