Ran my first block party with zero trash cans and 60 people showed up
Spent two hours last Saturday picking up paper plates off the asphalt in Riverside because I figured people would just take their stuff home. What is the bare minimum setup you all use so you are not cleaning solo at 11pm?

Bruh two hours of picking up plates solo sounds like a punishment, not a party. The bare minimum is literally just one trash can by the food table and one by the drinks, boom, done. People won't walk 20 feet to find a bin, but they'll toss stuff in one that's right in front of their face. Grab a couple cheap kitchen bags, tape them to a folding table, and call it a day. Also do a quick walk around at like 9pm with a bag so it's not all on you at 11.
