No more midnight creek flooding after we cleared the drain grate
Our alley drain used to back up every heavy rain and flood three garages, but after one Saturday morning with a shovel and a $15 mesh screen I bought at the hardware store on Broadway, the water clears out in under 10 minutes now, has anyone else fixed a recurring block party flooding spot with a simple screen and a regular clean-up schedule?
